HypnoCentered Childbirth Education
Using hypnosis, relaxation, yogic breathing, the power of your mind, and the connection with your baby to get into your instinctual and gentle birthing body.
This is a comprehensive childbirth education class for families intending a natural birth at home or a hospital.
Overview
The goal of my childbirth education classes is to help women and their partners access their confidence, courage, and power, while learning the techniques they need to bring their baby into the world in a satisfying way. I passionately believe that delving into the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of birth ultimately helps you make honest, informed, and focused decisions for a calm, safe, joyful, and transformative birth.
My unique classes weave together research, practical knowledge, experiential exercises, anecdotes, and humor. I am not affiliated with any healthcare provider, hospital, or traditional childbirth education methodology, and I offer the most realistic and empowering information, in a positive way, without filtering it. I make it a priority to listen to my students, and invite you to speak your mind.
As a former doula and HypnoBirthing teacher, and a current certified Hypnotherapist, Depth Hypnosis Practitioner, yoga teacher, and non-denominational minister, you'll learn on an intellectual level; you'll practice on a physical level; and you'll be deeply engaged in the magic of birth.
