Diddle the Skittle

 

After you watch the video, do this practice:

Get a vibrator.

Starting at 37 weeks, use it for 1 minute on your clitoris or anywhere else on your vulva that feels good.

Keep it on for 1 minute and then take it off for 3-4 minutes. Practice your slow breathing while it’s on. And simply relax deeply while it’s off.

This will get you familiar with the rhythm and practice of using the vibrator during labor. And, it may just lead you to other fun activities in the bedroom!
