Become a Wild Animal 

 

After you watch the video, do this practice:

Find dark, quiet, undisturbed places in your home where you can feel cozy and safe. When you’re out in the busy world, especially in hectic environments, pretend that you’re alone and go inward.

In these states of internal quietude, practice your breathing, visualizing, connecting with your baby, talking to yourself, and relaxing.
