More WOW and Less OW
Technique #10
Fake it 'Till You Make It
After you watch the video, do this practice:
Several times a day, put on a fake smile.
Hold it for at least 30 seconds while you think about and breathe down to your baby.
Visualize yourself giving birth in a confident, relaxed, and empowered way. Tell your baby how you want the birth to go and ask them for what you want. Imagine feeling ecstatic during birth. Make sounds that allow you to feel great. Talk about birth in a way that makes you excited.

Become powerfully confident in your ability to give birthWhat 'Yes to Birth' parents are saying
"You and your partner should sign up for her birthing class today. Rachel's is fiercely passionate about birth, calmly reassuring, and maintains a personal vulnerability that allows space for pregnant couples to breathe into their own vulnerability in order to optimize their experience in something so delicate and sometimes emotional as a birthing class."

"Our natural birth happened exactly as we'd planned and hoped for. I will attest time and again to the power of proper preparation. Physical, mental, emotional --- all of it was necessary. Rachel's class, and her private session, were integral parts of the success of our first baby's birth."
