Eat Well and Move Your Body

 

After you watch the video, do this practice:

For three days, write down everything you put in your body. Assess whether there are any changes, additions or eliminations that will allow you to feel better and grow a healthier baby and placenta. 

Schedule in at least 30 minutes of light to moderate movement a day. Depending on where you live, take a prenatal class so you can meet other moms. Or, alternatively go to YouTube and search for prenatal exercise videos.
