Treat Your Vulva and Vagina Like a Magical Queen
After you watch the video, do this practice:
When you’re in bed, the shower, tub, or sitting on the toilet, take a few cleansing breaths and relax down into your awareness of your vulva.
Breathe into her for a few breaths. Begin to talk to her, touch her, and give her words and touch of support, safety, and love. Take out the hand mirror and check her out… several times, until you feel a sense of appreciation and even adoration for how awesome she is.
Set the intention to be connected with the very part of your body that will undergo a big transformation when your baby is being born, and a powerful restoration after you give birth.
